Making Art, Making Sense showcases the work of deafblind artists working in a variety of mediums, providing visitors with an opportunity to engage with deafblind artists. The exhibition facilitates a unique insight into sensory arts and the deafblind experience, showcasing multi-sensory, visual and tactile artwork.

The national deafblind charity Sense has a long and proud history of supporting arts and creativity. At Sense, artistic and creative practice is regarded as essential for increasing communication, accessibility, participation and wellbeing for the people they support. A series of events, talks and activities will take place during the exhibition, involving deafblind artists in the curatorial process.
