ACTIVITY PLANNING CONSULTANT
We wish to recruit Activity Planning consultant(s) to support us in the development and detailing of our round 2 application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund, which we aim to submit in May 2020. This role is being offered on a freelance or consultancy basis.
The tender brief is in the relevant attachment below, and please contact RWA Director Alison Bevan for any further information or to arrange an informal discussion. Closing date for applications: 9.30am Monday 11 November. Preferred interview date: Friday 15 November.
CONSULTANT TEAM (ARCHITECT, M&E ENGINEER, QS, STRUCTURAL ENGINEER) LIGHT AND INSPIRATION CAPITAL PROJECT
We are now seeking a team of specialist consultants to work with Project Managers PHD Property and RWA staff to deliver various aspects of the project. The appointments will be for the current Development phase initially, and it is anticipated that the team will be reappointed for the Delivery phase, subject to the award of NLHF funding at that stage.
The Development phase will run from November 2019 – May 2020 with a Round 2 submission by 1 June 2020. It is anticipated a Development Review (at RIBA 2) will be held March 2020, with completed plans to RIBA 3+ to be delivered by the end of April 2020. Subject to Round 2 approval and Permission to Start, the Delivery phase will run from October 2020, with the works on site programmed to be delivered June-November 2021.
