We are operating using an hourly booking system for artists to collect their exhibited works.

The hand-back days are Saturday 3 May and Sunday 4 May 2025, between 10am and 4pm.

Parking is available on the forecourt.

Important Information:

• If you are collecting multiple works for yourself, as well as other people, you only need to book one slot. (Please see above about ID/permission requirements for collecting work on behalf of someone else.)
• RWA technicians will be on hand to assist if your work is particularly large or heavy. Feel free to bring assistance with you if needed.
• If there are multiple people coming to assist with your collection, you only need to book one slot, but please let us know in advance if you anticipate needing a lot of assistance. 
• Due to the number of artworks being collected, please be prepared to wait during busy times - this may include waiting outside.
• You may arrive anytime within your hour slot. If you have booked from 1pm for example, you may arrive anytime from 1.00pm until 1.59pm.
• There will be space to wrap artworks on our landing, however, if you can, please take works away unwrapped. You will need to bring any packaging materials with you.
• We understand that traffic can be unpredictable and travel times can vary, but please stick as closely as possible to delivery within your booked time slot.
• If you need a BSL interpreter or other accessibility support when you hand in your work please contact exhibition@rwa.org.uk
• If you are unable to collect your work on these days, you must email us in advance to arrange an alternative. There is a fee of £15 per artwork per week for late collection beginning on the week commencing 5th May 2025 unless prior arrangements are made.
