The RWA is delighted to present an in-conversation with the curators of our summer exhibition: Soft Power - Lives told through textile art

The artworks of Soft Power focus on storytelling. They bring to light personal and collective experiences, from the autobiographical and hidden struggles of marginalised individuals to stories shaped by major events like the pandemic. Join us in the main galleries for a seated discussion all about Soft Power, its artists, its history and its influences.

This talk preludes the RWA's upcoming summer exhibition Soft Power: Lives told through textile art, curated by Prof Lesley Millar MBE and Prof Alice Kettle.

Tickets are available on a 'pay what you can' basis from £5

Your ticket price supports the charitable work of the RWA and will help people of all ages across Bristol access life-enhancing creative workshops. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds or credit notes for event tickets.

Tickets to this talk are limited - book early to avoid disappointment!
